A Mission to Elevate
Royal Sporting began with a simple but powerful mission: to elevate youth soccer by bringing professional training into local community clubs across Nassau County.
From day one, our focus has been twofold: develop players the right way and support coaches and trainers as professionals. We built pathways for trainers to advance their licenses and be part of a collaborative organization that values leadership, accountability, and community impact.
More Than Just Training
What started as a training organization quickly became something more. By embedding licensed, development-focused trainers into community teams, Royal Sporting created an environment where players, coaches, and families could grow together—without losing the identity and values of their local clubs.
The Community Spoke
As Royal Sporting expanded, one message became clear. Families and players wanted more opportunity, more competition, and more consistent development—especially alongside like-minded teammates who shared the same commitment to growth.
Filling the Gap
In response, we launched Summer Select, a seasonal program designed to provide players with a higher-level training and competition environment during the summer months. It allowed us to serve motivated players without replacing or disrupting their community club experience.
The success of this program reaffirmed what we already believed: there is a growing need for intentional, professionally-run development environments.

As the youth soccer landscape continues to evolve, families have increasingly sought next-level support. With an established leadership team and proven operational systems, we are taking the next step.
Royal Sporting New York Academy was created to provide a focused, high-standard training and competition environment for players seeking an elevated pathway—while remaining grounded in the values that built Royal from the beginning.
